At Summit and Pine, we want you to absolutely love your gear. If something isn't right, we'll make it right.

We offer refunds for:

  • Items that were sent incorrectly
  • Damaged or defective products

Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of the purchase date. To request a refund, send us a message using the Contact page, with your order number and a brief description of the issue.
